PROJECT DESCRIPTION

"The scope of construction contract works cover the Construction of Health Center at Al Sadd(Package 10). The construction of the Health Center consists of the following key main deliverables (but not limited to);

Construction of main health center comprising Men’s clinic, Women’s Clinic, Dental clinic, Walk-in clinic, Radiology, Pharmacy, Lab, Storages, Admin, 2) Chronic disease clinic, Multipurpose room , pre-marital services, staff facilities, Courtyards.

2. Structural, Electrical and Mechanical Works (incl. Instrumentation Works as Provisional Item) of Drainage Reservoir and Pump Room at Interchange F1 of Package 3B including discharge lines abd all supply and installations.

Construction of basement parking structure and associated services and structures. Construction of other support buildings such as Watchman, mosque, sub-station and EMS etc.

New boundary wall and access gates, New landscaping throughout the site including parking, roads, planting, soft scape and hardscape etc..
